Phobos-Grunt, the satellite supposed to bring Russia back into interplanetary missions after 20 years of inactivity, remained trapped into a close orbit of Earth. Phobos-Grunt keeps orbiting the Earth at a low altitude between 205 kilometers and 335 kilometers following the launch from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on Tuesday.
