World’s most longevous living dog died yesterday (5 December 2011) in Sakura, Japan.

The animal whose name was Pusuke, was entitled by the Guiness Book of World Records as the oldest living dog on the planet with an impressive age of 26 years and 9 months.

      @Tony: It was about the oldest LIVING dog here. The 28-year-old American dog died long time ago in 2003. Of course the ALL TIME record is probably held by that one who died first. Regarding that also the Japanese dog died (yesterday), the Guiness Record must be passed further to next one still alive.
