The war between Britney Spears and her former manager Sam Lufti, remains open and the first court appearance for their lawsuit took place on Thursday, October 18. According to Lufti’s lawyer, Britney Spears would have shaved her head to avoid drug detection through hair samples analysis, informs 7sur7.be.

The singer wanted to hide amphetamine addiction in order to not lose custody of her two children, writes TMZ. By cutting her hair, Britney “destroyed” evidence which lasts up to 90 days, said the lawyer.

Sam Lufti’s first statements had a kind of shocking effect. He says that when he met Spears the first time, she was dependent on LSD.

Lufti’s attorney Joe Schleimer added that Britney even liked to take amphetamines. Most unpleasant things which happened to her were because of the drugs, said Schleimer.
