Famed director Quentin Tarantino, whose film, “Django Unchained” was recently nominated for five categories, including “Best Picture”, at the 2013 Oscars, had a tantrum during a television shown when the host began to ask him questions about violence (scroll down for video).

Tarantino, who gave the interview to promote his latest film, lost his temper after British television presenter and journalist Krishnan Guru-Murthy of the Channel 4 News, insisted to hear movie director’s opinion about a possible link between movies violence and real life violence.

“I’m not your slave, you can not make me dance as you sing,” burst the director after telling the reporter that the interview’s purpose was simply intended at promoting his movie.

Last week, Tarantino also said that any comparison between violent shots in the film and the recent massacre in Sandy Hook, Connecticut, is “disrespectful”.

On the Channel 4 show, 49-year-old Quentin said: “Don’t ask me a question like that. I’m not biting. I refuse your question.”

Shortly after, Guru-Murthy tried to explain that it is his duty to know director’s opinion, but in response Tarantino reacted in a more aggressive way: “I’m not your slave, and you are not my master. You can not make me dance to your tune. I’m not a monkey. ”
