FORMULA 1: Sebastian Vettel 2013 World Champion and 4th Consecutive Title After India Grand Prix Win In New Delhi

Red Bull’s German driver Sebastian Vettel won Formula 1 Grand Prix of India on Sunday and became the world champion for the fourth time in a row, with three races remaining until the end of the 2013 season.
