“We believe that the plane crashed due to bad weather,” said the Minister for RTL radio, adding however that “no hypothesis is ruled out as long as the investigation is still ongoing”.
“Desintegration occurred when the plane impacted the ground,” he said, adding that the possible destruction of the aircraft in flight is a “highly unlikely scenario”.
