Dorsey said he has never blocked anyone on his social network, although it happens often to be harassed by diverse users who address him inappropriate messages. In spite of all these complaints and getting “some nastiness every now and then” from Internet trolls, Dorsey argued that he has never blocked anyone on the account.”I really want to see what people are saying and I want to hear from them.”

On the contrary, he believes that the online environment is a tool that facilitates a much easier dialogue even when very serious problems are brought into discussion, therefore he prefers to read what people post and keep regular contact with them. He insisted his social media platform does not censor user content, despite rumors suggesting otherwise.
