Anti-government protests entered the thirteenth straight day since Romania’s government adopted the emergency ordinance OUG 13 on January 31. Romania’s justice minister has stepped down following the street turmoil. Florin Iordache was one of the masterminds behind an emergency decree passed stealthily by the government on 31 January at midnight.
