
Singer and composer Cornel Fugaru died today (Wednesday, July 13, 2011) at Bucharest’s Elias Hospital at the age of 71.
“The death occurred around 1:50 p.m.,” confirmed Valentin Calu, the spokesman of Elias Hospital. In an official statement issued later by the medical insitution it was explained that “the death has occurred due to an incurable disease with unpredicted and extremely fast evolution.”
