Dan Octavian Vişan is accused of raping a student while being on a trip to Predeal.
On November 5th, 2011 the law court of Bucharest’s 1st District ruled that the sport teacher can be investigated at large, but being imposed the interdiction to leave the city for 30 days.
However the prosecutors made appeal against the initial decision of the magistrates and in consequence Visan was arrested yesterday and will remain in the custody of Bucharest’s police for a preliminary 29-day period.
