    Emil Hossu died Wednesday evening. The actor suffered a cardiopulmonary arrest, and SMURD medics were unable to revive him, according to Mediafax.

    He was pronounced dead at 19.13 (17:13 GMT). SMURD medical services responded to an emergency call from Nottara Theatre in Bucharest at around 18.30.

    At 18.55 the medical team was already at the incident spot struggling to resuscitate the Hossu, said a “Smurd” spokesman on Tuesday evening.
