For Kasper Ilaug, a quiet afternoon in front of the TV was about to mark his life when the broascasting has been interrupted by news that two bombs exploded near the government building in Oslo.

“I made three round trips during which I have transported children. They were so happy. They couldn’t stop thanking me,” Kasper Ilaug said. On the other side, the ambulances were lined up waiting for us.

“While sitting in my boat I realized that I was the perfect target due to my yellow jacket and red cap. But I said: that’s it. I have a job to finish and I’m glad I was here to help these young people. ”
