Saif al-Islam Gaddafi captured in Zintan. Where will he be tried?

Saif al-Islam the son of ex-Libyan dictator Muammar Gaddafi, has been arrested in Libya’s desert by fighters who claimed to detain him in Zintan, a city from a mountaineous area, till he will handed over to the government.

International Criminal Court chief prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo, said he would travel to Libya next week to see if the process can take place there, amid concerns that Gaddafi will not get a fair trial, but said that countries are allow judge their citizens accused od war crimes.

An ICC spokesman, Fadi El-Abdallah, says that Libya has the legal obligation to hand over the most important of Gaddafi’s sons.
