  • Romania kicked out from Eurovision 2016 as country’s public television TVR failed to pay debts

    Romania will not participate in the Eurovision Song Contest this year because of the some unpaid debts that country’s national broadcaster Televiziunea Română TVR owes to the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), it was announced in an official statement on Friday.
