At least three people died as a passenger plane crashed while landing at the airport of Donetsk in Ukraine. Apparently the aircraft was carrying soccer fans for tonight’s UEFA Champions League game between local Shakhtar and Borussia Dortmund.

The airplane, an Antonov AN-24 owned by the Ukrainian company South Airlines, was traveling from the Black Sea city of Odessa to Donetsk.
