Wikileaks has published the first video recording of Edward Snowden, after his exile in Russia. In the footage the former American IT technician, who appears to be in good condition, warns about the possible dangers that target the democracy (scroll down for video).

“If we can not understand our government policies and programs, then we can not approve them,” said Snowden in a short clip released by Wikileaks Friday night.
