He has killed a person before, how the heck can they only give him just 10 years for that? he should be locked in for good !

Before you believe the lies, watch the unedited video. This guy deserves employee of the month. Suppose they would have jumped the counter at a bank or a bar? We wouldn’t even be having this conversation. The news report would have been a 30 second report on how two women were gunned down by either bank security, or the bartender. The legal system is a joke.

These women were very hostile. They first slapped the cashier, very provoking for an ex convict with that history, then jumps the counter for further attacks. That guy enters response mode the same way you could trigger a provoked guard dog. He forgets his role as McDonalds representative and carries out private dealings for a while. It is not surprising that you could provoke an ex convict this way. Very few people would attack a McDonalds cashier but here the man did what he found appropriate in his raged state. Probably gas stations stand in line to be able to employ this individual.

This employee did the right thing. The women hit him before jumping the counter. Everybody has the right to defend themselves. What happened to the women is called cnsequence of their behaviour, which the video shows was violent. The employees past has nothing to do with this.
