Seriously? Everyones finding cop-out bs reasons to call this photo real. It’s not real. Only an idiot would look at this photo and think this is Taylor. It vaguely resembles her, but clearly is not her. And yes she should sue, because is not only falsely being reported that she has leaked photos and therefore, due to this worlds archaic mindset that nudity is wrong and women must be the only modest gender, would defame her in a way… or fame her depending on how it would go after all the nudes of the other celebrities have paid off.

If I had run across this image online I would have thought “how adorable!” I wouldn’t have assumed it was Taylor Swift. But seriously, it’s a very cute picture, and incredibly tame. Harmless. Now the real girl needs to step forward and soak up her 15 minutes of fame as the Taylor Swift double (and maybe record a song).
Think about it, you’ve only seen what swift looks like with makeup on so the fact that she looks vaugly similar and the girl has no makeup kinda makes a guy think.
Yes, there are a lot of other pictures of “her” out there. All of which are fairly poor Photoshop jobs of her head on someone else’s body. Why sue over this one? All those others do not claim that they are real. They are clearly fakes, and their descriptions will read as such 99.9% of the time. They are also not the end result of a campaign of several posts defacing Taylor, calling her a whore and a slut as defined by “Islam”. Should she sue? Yes, I agree with that decision. Some people say that it is against freedom of speech. These people continually comment that they hate Americans, hate America, so why should they get any freedoms defined by the American Constitution? What if it was YOU in this situation? Would you not petition for the removal of the content? I certainly would.
I agree with up top there, why would she be so offended by this photo out of alllll the “naked photos” of her on the net. Some of the fakes look very very real, they don’t make fakes to not look like the celebrities they try their best to make it look real. After the “sharks in the flooded mall pic” you can see anything is possible. Now looking at this pic the girl appears to not have much make up on with a body very similar to taylors. Hair is the same, eyes are the same[no eye make up which people HARDLY see taylor without] but the room is odd. Wood paneling suggests a trailer which would be believable Taylor would be inside of since shes a star. And she’s highly offended and has threatened legal action because of this photo. I’d say 65% chance its real.
