Lady Gaga chose to shave her head as an initiative of support for her photographer Terry Richardson following the death of his mother earlier this week (scroll down for photo and video).
The famous photo man was left in deep sorrow after his mom, Annie Lomax, died on Tuesday.
Lady Gaga logged on her Little Monsters website to reveal the tragic news, and she uploaded a photo of her extreme new hairdo.
As seen in the picture, the Born This Way singer seems to have shortened her long hair strings and shaved the back of her head. Gaga’s gesture aimed at being a tribute to Richardson’s mother.
The pop star wrote, “I did it for u Terry. I’m sorry about ure (your) mummy. She has Princess Die, but were all princess high.”
