Charlize Theron and Sean Penn have taken a new step in formalizing their relationship after they first appeared together in public at a charity gala held Saturday night in Los Angeles.

After being recently photographed during a Hawaii holiday, Charlize Theron and Sean Penn popped up publicly as a couple for the first time at Saturday’s gala “Help Haiti Home”, a charity event held in Los Angeles the foundation established by Sean Penn .
