UKRAINE has become a battlefield as at least 19 people have been killed on Tuesday in Kiev where long violent clashes between anti-government protesters and police emerged (scroll for video). The Parliament and headquarters of President Viktor Yanukovych’s party were was stormed by demonstrators. Violence sparked also in the city of Lvov.

UKRAINE pro-European opposition protesters launched an assault Tuesday evening, on the headquarters of police and regional government in the city of Lviv, located in the west of the country.

About 500 opponents threw stones at the headquarters of the regional administration , then broke in without encountering resistance. Later, about a hundred protesters stormed the regional police headquarters.
