Sorin Oprescu arrested by DNA. Bucharest Mayor charged with bribery

Sorin Oprescu, the Mayor of Bucharest, was detained by DNA prosecutors Saturday night for reportedly taking bribes of 25,000 euros from various contractors working for the city hall.
