Recep Tayyip Erdogan: Brussel bomb attack suspect arrested in 2015 in Turkey, freed later in Belgium
One of the terrorists who launched the suicide attacks on Brussels’ Zaventem airport Tuesday morning, was briefly arrested in Turkey in 2015 before being extradited to Belgium, where he was released, according to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan.

“One of the terrorists was arrested in Brussels at Gaziantep, Turkey, in June 2015. He was expelled to Belgium on July 14, 2015 and Belgian embassy was informed on the situation,” said Recep Erdogan, quoted by website of French newspaper Le Figaro.
