    Ukraine warned Thursday the Russian fleet in the Black Sea to refrain from any military attack, said the interim President of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov, the leader of the Army.

    “I address the military leaders of the Russian Fleet at the Black Sea: all soldiers must remain in the territory established by agreement. Any displacement of troops will be regarded as military aggression,” said Turchynov in front of Parliament in Kiev.

    Meanwhile, a commando of about 30 pro-Russian gunmen seized the headquarter of parliament and Local Government in Simferopol and put Russia’s flags on the official buildings.

    “I came to work, but can not get inside the parliament: the building is protected by the police. They told us it was occupied overnight and today we have the day off.
